About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Specialist to join our team at Evolve Scientific. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading troubleshooting investigations and delivering solutions for implementation through our quality system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations into technical challenges with QC test methods to deliver solutions for implementation through the quality system.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for the execution of method standardization and robustness.
  • Develop current and new test methods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Responsible for experimental design on key projects that involve new technologies and processes to QC.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of new methods, equipment, and techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science majoring in Microbiology or a closely related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company in a quality-related role.
  • Experience in method development is essential.
  • Proven time management skills for planning and scheduling of work.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and advanced root cause analysis techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
