Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our fit-out and construction projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Additionally, the candidate will develop and manage contracts, negotiate with subcontractors, and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior project management role is required.
  • Natural leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are also crucial for success.
  • Familiarity with MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction or an equivalent field is preferred.
