About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transport Infrastructure Business Development Manager to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the target financial metrics (including sales and profitability) for the transport business, while maintaining a high-quality customer experience and contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify pipeline opportunities within the transport market and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build KBR's external profile to position the business for pursuit of viable opportunities.
  • Develop valuable client relationships and partnerships.
  • Negotiate and execute project contracts.
  • Oversee the execution of projects to deliver as-bid margins.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to resource bids and projects.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Extensive management experience in large/complex organisations in the Infrastructure sector at senior levels.
  • Significant exposure to the Infrastructure sector and Infrastructure-related projects.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and commercial drivers in a consulting business context.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to travel.
