We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Tax and Business Advisory to join our Parramatta team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax and accounting advice to diverse clients, including small to medium-sized entities, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tax, accounting, or business services, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. They should be able to establish and develop effective professional relationships, think innovatively, and deliver impactful outcomes.

In this role, you will play a key part in client engagements, including regular contact and attending presentations and meetings with senior leaders. You will also contribute to the development of technical expertise across services, including tax and accounting compliance and business advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax and accounting advice to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality client work, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to benefit clients.

What We Offer:
