Bookkeeper - Part Time

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and running company accounts to trial balance, as well as processing fortnightly payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts payable and processing of sales accounts
  • Fortnightly payroll for approximately 10 staff members
  • End of quarter processing and preparation of accounts to trial balance
  • Office administration duties as required
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper with similar duties
  • Excellent working and practical knowledge of Xero
  • Flexibility with hours

The position is available to start immediately for the right candidate. Payroll is currently processed fortnightly on Thursdays, and this will be the ideal day for someone to work to coincide with the pays. Remuneration will be dependent on previous experience.
