Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced community professional to manage and maintain our online presence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with customer inquiries on social platforms, escalating complex issues while providing first line support to users.
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across various platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture online communities, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on community performance metrics, sentiment/engagement rates, and community growth indicators.
  • Communicate with users through direct messages, forums, and onsite chats.
  • Assist with creative content creation, including written and visual content when required.
  • Support the development and execution of competitions, bonus initiatives, or promotional events as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate insights into community management practices.
  • Ensure all content and interactions comply with platform guidelines, industry regulations, and brand safety standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a community-related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience growing, maintaining, and managing an online community or client base with measurable engagement results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, handling challenges with a positive outlook.
