About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Alexandria store to success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals, which will ultimately drive the store's performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Acumen: Utilize your business acumen to increase profitability by maximizing opportunities across sales, interior decorator programs, Net Promoter Score (NPS), engagement, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and strike rates.
  • Product Knowledge: Inspire your team and customers with your extensive product knowledge and passion for the Freedom brand.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration, supported by a high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, ad-hoc training, and other duties as required.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Embed safety as part of your team's day-to-day activities, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • A background in retail management with a proven track record of success.
  • Commercial acumen and a passion for driving business results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
