About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our Kmart Group team. As a leader in the retail industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage and expenses.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and promote a positive store culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
