Onsite Motel Manager Opportunity

Rocky Resort Motor Inn is seeking a highly skilled couple to live onsite and manage our 29-room motel. This role offers the ideal balance of lifestyle, career growth, and personal fulfillment.

As an Onsite Motel Manager Couple, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the motel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Front Office and Guest Services: Ensure smooth and welcoming arrivals, providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Housekeeping and Presentation Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the motel.
  • Light Grounds Care and Pool Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the pool and grounds are well-maintained and inviting.
  • Bookings and Revenue Systems: Manage bookings, revenue systems, and other administrative tasks with ease.

The Ideal Couple

We're looking for a couple with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in Motel/Hospitality Management: A proven track record in managing a motel or hospitality business.
  • Great Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
  • Property Management Systems: Confidence in using property management systems, with experience in GuestPoint a plus.
  • A Hands-on, Reliable Approach: A self-motivated and reliable approach to work, with the ability to supervise small teams and manage contractors as required.
