Community Halls Liaison Officer Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to assume the role of Community Halls Liaison Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating inquiries from hall hirers and responding promptly to issues related to hall usage.
  • Activating community halls based on community needs and preferences.
  • Developing and implementing effective processes for managing community hall operations.
  • Designing and delivering training programs for volunteer hall managers to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Collaborating with community organisations to foster sustainable organisational capacity and development.

About You:

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in community facility operations and experience working with community groups and volunteers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills are essential for this role.
