Project Director for Capital Development

As a seasoned Project Director, you will oversee the execution of successful projects and engineering solutions within our Sustaining Capital department. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver projects on time, within budget, and without compromising quality.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects. Our expectations include:
- Developing and implementing project management strategies to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Managing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates to ensure successful project delivery
For this role, we are looking for a professional with:
- A tertiary qualification in a related field
- CPEng Accreditation or PMP Qualification is highly regarded
- Formal Project Management and/or Contractor Management training is preferred
- Extensive site experience in heavy industry
