About the Job

This position involves ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety are essential requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough pre-start inspections to guarantee machine safety, cleanliness, and correct setup.
  • Operate and monitor production machinery, adjusting operational parameters to maintain consistent and efficient production flow.
  • Perform routine in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and identify common machine alarms and stoppages.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Certificate II or III in Food Processing.
  • A current Food Handling Certificate.
  • Experience with production management systems such as SCADA, SAP, or similar.
  • Previous experience with specific food processing machinery and high-risk food manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with food safety practices (HACCP, GMP) and process reporting.
