Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Athlete to join our retail team. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for delivering premium customer service, building and maintaining expert product knowledge, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in store.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Premium Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Build and Maintain Expert Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Nike products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: Ensure that the store is visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in a way that showcases the products and creates a compelling shopping experience.
- Assist the Store to Achieve Key Performance Indicators: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and other key performance indicators.
- Previous Retail and/or Customer-Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Passion for the Nike Brand/Sports: A genuine passion for the Nike brand and a strong understanding of the sportswear industry.
- Natural Sense of Urgency: A high level of energy and a natural sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic Demeanor: A positive and energetic demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
