As a key member of our Reception and Concierge team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the medical assessment process.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and instructions to guide them through the medical assessment process. You'll work closely with our team to ensure customers are aware of what they need to do and why, and that their questions and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct identity and security checks, and escalate any identified risks
  • Process payments via EFTPOS
  • Confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms
  • Confirm which examinations the customer is required to complete and explain this to the customer
  • Enter required data and information into customer management systems and databases
  • Explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensure the customer understands the key elements of the visa medical examination process
About You

We're looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a professional and service-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively within a highly structured environment. You'll need to be able to deliver accurate and consistent outcomes in a busy and repetitious environment, and have sound IT and computer skills.
