About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) at Repco.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating moments that matter for our customers, and contributing to positive sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing genuine service and creating moments that matter with customers
  • Using strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance
  • Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
  • Processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing
  • Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative Repco team member and contributing to a positive team culture

This role will require lifting, bending, and climbing.

We are open to receiving applications from people without industry knowledge.
