Clearcareer is seeking an experienced Corporate Deal Leader to join their Brisbane team.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have minimum 4–6+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with demonstrated expertise in leading M&A and transactional matters, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and providing strategic advice to clients.
