We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at APS GROUP. As a key member of our Merchandising Team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing engaging visual merchandising product displays, and maintaining optimal product presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute Category plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure product is correctly placed and filled with date rotation to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Work collaboratively with the Merchandising Team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of store layouts and planograms (POGs) to optimize product placement and presentation.
- Learn about ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels) and installation of this technology to enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to work cohesively within a small team and autonomously.
- An eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills to drive results and resolve issues.
- Drivers Licence & own transport is essential to local travel.
- Knowledge of store layouts & planograms (POGs) preferred but not essential.
- ESL (Electronic Shelf Labelling) experience highly regarded but not essential.
What We Offer:
- A Casual engagement with a Sunday to Thursday Roster.
- A Night Shift rate of $39.75 per hour.
- Full training and buddy program in place, no experience needed.
- Opportunity to work in a variety of stores across Sydney Metro.
