Job Title:
Strategic Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement activities with the organization's overall goals.
- Leverage expertise in procurement processes to develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to inform procurement decisions and mitigate potential risks.
- Analytical mind to analyze data and information from various sources to inform procurement decisions and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and provide timely reports as required.
- Continuously evaluate and refine business processes and practices to optimize procurement performance.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
