Key Role: Employment Specialist

Your primary objective will be to identify and secure job opportunities for clients with local employers. You will also support them in developing the skills needed to become job-ready, providing quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for job seekers with local businesses
  • Support job seekers to develop skills required for employment
  • Deliver high-quality service while meeting contractual obligations
  • Enhance job seekers' employability through training and referral services
  • Develop tailored job plans for clear career pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community groups

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
