Equipment Technician Role

This role focuses on ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in a warehouse environment.

The key responsibilities include adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements while performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, battery maintenance, and repairs.

Strong knowledge of warehouse MHE systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components is essential for this position.

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment, as well as effective communication and teamwork skills are required.

The Equipment Technician will maintain accurate service records of equipment, ensure tools and equipment are in safe working order, and maintain housekeeping in all work areas.

Prompt response to emergency breakdowns is crucial to minimize downtime and maintain operations.
