About the RoleAs a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department. This includes maintaining high standards of presentation, customer engagement, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop your team to achieve sales targets, manage costs, and maintain efficient rostering practices.
- Ensure excellent department standards by monitoring stock levels, implementing rotation routines, reducing waste, and controlling quality.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, recognizing and rewarding success while prioritizing team members' health, safety, and well-being.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed expectations.
