**DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Slices meats and cheeses for package sale and for use in assembled merchandise. Slices vegetables for salads, entrees, and garnish on prepared foods. Assembles party trays, meals, pizzas, and salads.
- Skewers and cooks chicken in commercial rotisserie oven. Packages merchandise and places in heated display case. Rotates, stocks, and pulls chicken boxes.
- Packages, wraps, seals, weighs, and labels merchandise. Stocks and rotates display case.
- Follows Costco formulas and diagrams, and monitors finished merchandise to see that department consistency and quality standards are met. Complies with health code. Upholds safety and security procedures. ? Restocks and assembles large boxes of ingredients and supplies in prep area.
- Follows Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.
- Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification, and all safety training required by warehouse and Service Deli.
- Performs preventative maintenance for machinery, equipment, and implements. Cleans equipment. Washes and sanitises part in sink. Cleans deli area.
- Counts merchandise on hand, figures production needs, and documents production on daily form. Fills out time and temperature record forms. Records merchandise to be salvaged, damaged or destroyed for manager audit. Completes sanitation checklist after final clean up.
- Follows proper Service Deli and general safety procedures and standards.
- Assists in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
