Key Responsibilities:

- Establish goals and measurements for improving store performance according to set rules and guidelines.
- Lead, coach and manage co-workers to secure their competence development and succession planning.
About this Work Area:
The Recovery department is a vital link in the success of the business, working to recover costs by minimizing internal damages through repacking, building and selling damaged goods and customer returns.
