Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team.

This role involves maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, ensuring compliance with company policies, and promoting a harmonious team environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth running of hotel operations, completing cash reconciliations accurately and on time, and being willing to take responsibility and accountability.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and be professionally presented and groomed at all times.

A current RSA certificate and Victorian Gaming Licence are preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities include leading by example, having solid experience, and being highly motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.

As a dynamic problem solver, you will remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.

We are looking for a committed, trustworthy, and responsible professional who is flexible and available to work a rotating roster.
