Patient Service Delivery Specialist

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients and visitors promptly, checking them in, and informing clinical staff of their arrival.
You will also be responsible for providing and explaining paperwork to patients prior to examination, collecting and filing patient forms, updating demographics and insurance information in the system, and collecting co-pays and balances. Additionally, you will answer routine questions, complete patient check-in and out processes after examination, and schedule returning appointments according to physician guidelines.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Required Skills and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel required
