We are seeking applications for experienced operators to join our North Surface Coal Team in Central Queensland.
As an operator, you will be responsible for pumping explosive product into pre-drilled blast holes on our customer site using a MMU vehicle. The role involves operating mostly on 7 days on/7 days off rosters, with camp facilities provided for the duration of the roster.
Our training programs offer career advancement, with many former operators moving into roles like Supervisors, Territory Managers and Operational Leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Operating experience with an MMU or similar blast delivery vehicle;
- Current HR Licence;
- Current QLD Explosives Security Clearance;
- Positive team-oriented work ethic;
- Positive attitude to customer service;
- Unquestionable attitude towards working safely as a priority;

About the RoleThe role involves operating the MMU vehicle and other associated blasting plant and machinery, assisting with preventative maintenance, delivering explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes on bench, working in tight unison with teammates to provide excellence in service to valued customers and daily administration and customer interactions.
