As a seasoned hospitality professional, we invite you to take on the role of Lead Housekeeper at our esteemed resort. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

  • Maintain immaculate accommodations and public spaces through diligent daily inspections and thorough cleaning processes.
  • Guide and support your housekeeping crew in achieving their full potential, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately complete and submit daily housekeeping reports, ensuring no detail escapes attention.
  2. Provide exceptional guest services by maintaining sparkling clean accommodations and public areas.
  3. Supervise laundry operations, guaranteeing efficient and effective washing, drying, folding, and linen storage.
  4. Effectively coordinate with reception staff, return completed reports, and maintain open communication channels within the team.
  5. Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to develop and implement training programs, manage inventory, and conduct departmental meetings.
  6. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety protocols, as well as lost property procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  7. Conduct regular room inspections and staff training sessions to continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel or resort housekeeping, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to motivate and engage colleagues, promoting a culture of positivity and productivity.
  • Superb communication and organizational skills, with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
