About the team
The Private Business and Family Advisory (PBFA) division within Pitcher Partners Melbourne is a highly driven team of professionals who work closely with our clients and assist with the day-to-day operations of their business and advisory requirements.
About the role
This senior accounting and advisory role involves supporting a diverse client base with a range of accounting, advisory and tax services advice. Your day will be a mix of technical support and business advice, with direct reports to manage and mentor.
Key responsibilities
- Review of financial statements and tax returns
- Review of Year-end Tax Planning
- Review of Compliance such as BAS and IAS
- Assist with the Maintenance of accounting software
- General Accounting, Tax and Business Advice
Who we're after
We are seeking candidates with related tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting, CA or CPA qualification, and experience in a Professional Services environment. Key skills include being decisive, showing initiative and taking responsibility for actions and task completion, making sure client expectations are being achieved within the time period. As an aspiring leader, you should enjoy mentoring staff and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
