Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work with our well-established bushland regeneration crews, predominantly throughout the Geelong region and the surrounding coastal areas.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a cohesive and rewarding environment, contributing to the conservation and sustainability of natural resources.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be able to self-motivate, and demonstrate a willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of bushland regeneration projects
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable environmental practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated interest and capability in natural resource management, conservation, and sustainability
  • Agricultural chemical users permit (ACUP) or experience using herbicides
  • First Aid Level 2 certification
  • Strong physical fitness for working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and objects
