  • Hold tertiary qualifications of Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance in managing contracts and costs on a project or site to ensure they are within budget and undertakes ongoing reporting as required.
  • Develops contracts and specification, coordinates contract signing and awards, coordinates pre-construction meetings, monitors construction schedules, processes payment requisitions and change orders.
  • Undertakes cost reporting (including but not limited to the preparation of monthly forecasting for the project or site) and Extension of Time and Delay Claim Information.
  • Liaises with Subcontractor to minimise counter claims.
  • Builds and creates lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensures that the delivered products comply with contract specifications and any non-conformances are recorded and reported.
