**Job Title:** Business Assurance ProfessionalThis role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Portfolio Management and Assurance team within the Policy, Strategy, and Governance division.The position requires a Business Assurance - focused professional to join our team as a key assurance analyst.About the Opportunity:As a Business Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of projects and programs across the portfolio.You will provide recommendations to help projects get back on track, ensure projects adhere to the Gateway Policy, and manage knowledge sharing platforms to ensure they are current and fit-for-purpose.This role involves providing oversight across several critical assurance activities, including independent assurance reviews, periodic reporting on close out actions and recommendations, and analysis of trends and insights from various policies and frameworks.About You:To succeed in this role, you will have a strong project delivery background, with an understanding of project governance and analytical skills to systematically evaluate a project's health, viability, and alignment with objectives.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including the ability to present analysis, findings, and assurance recommendations verbally or in a written format.
  • Coordinate the management of planning and scheduling of all assurance review activities.
  • Coordinate data capture for projects registration and monthly status reporting.
  • Participate and contribute on assurance reviews, including interviewing stakeholders, collecting information, reviewing documentation, and drafting assurance reports.
  • Gather and prepare information resulting from assurance reviews for senior Executives to present the data and support informed decision-making.
