Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Buying Manager for a Boyswear category team. You'll lead your team to develop key lifestyle items that customers adore. Your responsibility will be to contribute to post-seasonal reviews, influence future range decisions, and chase growth opportunities while applying customer, brand, and commercial filters to build and protect our brand DNA.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set strategic product plans to meet commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create excellent product experiences for customers
  • Lead buying efforts to effectively communicate with suppliers and ensure efficient production processes

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., merchandising)
  • Extensive experience in a similar buying manager role in retail or fashion
  • Able to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
