About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants at Skechers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in-store
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process and manage large volumes of stock
- Assist with click and dispatch orders
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
