About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Assistant at Skechers, you will be part of an incredible team, making memories and having a blast in our fun and fast-paced store environments.
You will be the hero of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences with your boundless energy and enthusiasm.
Working with premium products means you will be at the forefront of sneaker culture, always in the know about the latest releases and hottest trends.
We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join the team in our Highpoint store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
- Work part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to sell to our customers
Requirements:
- Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
