Job Title: Canine Leader

The role of a Canine Leader is to oversee the daily operations and activities of our canine crew, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.

As a Canine Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and motivating the team, as well as coordinating logistics, dog activities, and training sessions. You will also provide on-the-job coaching and support staff development, while maintaining high standards of equipment and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide the canine crew throughout the day.
  • Coordinate logistics, including outings, dog activities, and training sessions.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and support staff development.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment and safety.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills (from any industry).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Physically capable and adaptable in a dynamic workplace.
Desirable:
  • Dog handling or animal care experience.
  • Pet First Aid or Certificate III in Animal Care (or willingness to complete).
