You will work closely with our team onsite at Newmont, the world's largest gold miner, to ensure we deliver a seamless, high touch TA process, with exceptional candidate care and customer focus.
This role offers a unique opportunity to become a subject matter expert in our systems and processes, manage all background checks, contract generation and ad-hoc recruitment projects. You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating expat recruitment and international relocation for Senior level appointments as well as White collar and Technical positions for our customer's overseas operations.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our talent team, you will support, collaborate and work with the rest of our team in TA administration and project coordination.
- Prior experience operating as an end-to-end Talent Acquisition Coordinator, preferably within heavy industry and complex multi-site operations.
- Prior experience working with international mobility teams, supporting and facilitating overseas recruitment.
- Ability to manage Senior candidates effectively through the offer process with a focus on providing the highest level of candidate experience.
- Effective communication to liaise with candidates from a variety of backgrounds and seniority levels.
