AI Engineering Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Platform Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable platforms.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for experimenting with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and cloud services, providing feedback and insights from real-world testing. You will also be building platforms and tools to meet the highest possible quality standards while balancing security, performance, availability, and maintainability concerns.

You will collaborate with the team to tackle complex technical problems, contribute to design and implementation to ensure quality engineering outcomes. Additionally, you will deliver robust and reusable solutions that integrate seamlessly into other teams' workflows and products.

Actively participating in code reviews, maintaining high-quality codebases, and assisting in documentation for knowledge sharing are essential responsibilities of this role. Furthermore, you will work on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and addressing inter-dependencies.

• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable platforms
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI applications and how they can enhance platform engineering processes to improve productivity
• Exposure supporting RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Exposure supporting Agentic AI systems using AutoGen, SemanticKernel, Pydantic, or similar frameworks is preferred
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript or C#) and experience supporting microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure)
• A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and being a daily user of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc
• Knowledge or exposure in Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, windsurf / Codeium, VO Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face will be highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems
• IT Service Management or Service Delivery experience in complex, high-availability environments
• Extensive experience on components of systems engineering such as alerts setup, monitoring, hardware patching, and vulnerability management
• Incident and problem management for applications
• Have solid hands-on experience in automation of release processes through CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in service management tools such as Service Now or equivalent
