The Quality Management team plays a vital role in maintaining the supply of high-quality food from suppliers to stores. As a member of this team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely completion of quality inspections for fresh produce and chilled deliveries from suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Record and communicate inspection outcomes to the Quality and Commercial teams
  • Ensure the highest quality products are dispatched from our DCs to stores

This is a casual position, requiring up to 20 hours of work per week, with flexible start times ranging between 4am and 12pm based on business needs. You must be able to work across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team
  • Excellent priority, time management, and communication skills to complete tasks on time and to a high standard
  • A proactive approach, able to work quickly and identify challenges and risks
  • Ability to work with a range of tools and equipment or systems for quality testing
