We are seeking a senior engineering professional to lead the design and delivery of integrated water projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of complex engineering solutions for waterway management, bioretention systems and stormwater harvesting schemes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional growth and development.

As a seasoned civil or environmental engineer with a proven track record of delivering successful integrated water projects, you will be responsible for:

Technical Leadership
  • Providing technical guidance and oversight on large-scale design projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and passionate individual who shares our commitment to creating positive outcomes through collaborative teamwork and inclusive leadership.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing WSUD assets, waterways, wetlands and alternative water systems.
  • A strong interest in stormwater management, water quality, integrated water management planning and environmental policy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
