Job Title: Lead Educator, Early Childhood Programs
">About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our early childhood programs in Nathalia. As the Service Coordinator for our Outside School Hours Care program, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children.
The program operates from a dedicated space, with an initial working schedule of Monday to Friday from 2:30pm - 6:00pm + 3 hours per week additional planning. You will work closely with the OSHC Regional Director to grow the service through community engagement, with opportunities for your hours and the team to expand as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive educational program that caters to the interests and abilities of each child
- Contribute to increasing enrolments and building the program to meet community needs
- Create a quality and diverse educational program that fosters active participation from every child
