We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team in Ballarat. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the operation of our care home.
This role involves working closely with our General Manager and another colleague to deliver exceptional customer service. Your duties will include administering rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, and managing annual and sick leave in the rosters.
You will also be responsible for providing prospective residents and their loved ones with a warm and welcoming introduction to our care home, handling enquiries and coordinating admissions. Additionally, you will lead the customer and administrative experience function of the care home, ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach. You should have intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite and previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role. A background in rostering, payroll, and general HR functions, including recruitment, would be an advantage.
