Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to take on the role of Client Services Support Officers at a maximum-security correctional facility.

This is a full-time position requiring delivery of essential services support to operational teams and prisoners across the centre. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing service and support to prisoners, visitors, and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer-focused service to prisoners, visitors, and staff;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals;
  • Ensuring the safe and secure operation of the facility;
  • Utilizing technology to enhance productivity and efficiency;

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience working with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations including occupational health and safety practices;
  • Well-developed computer literacy and/or knowledge of CV operating systems would be advantageous;
  • Expertise in all aspects of the role.
