Event Equipment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Event Equipment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering event equipment and furniture to customers and event staff on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver event equipment and furniture to customers and event staff on time.
  • Install hire equipment and furniture with attention to detail.
  • Communicate directly with customers and event staff.
  • Work unsupervised as well as productively with others.

Requirements:

  • Australian Driver Licence.
  • Ability to drive a small truck.
  • Manual vehicle driving experience.
  • Strong and fit physical ability.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Loading and unloading experience.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Great communication skills.

Working Hours:

This is a permanent casual role with approximately 30 hours per week, potentially increasing to 40-50 hours during busier periods.

As an Event Equipment Coordinator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all event equipment and furniture are delivered on time and in good condition.
