Job Description

The Clinical Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality in Critical Incident Response. This individual will provide nationwide support to consultants and be responsible for clinical service delivery.

Key responsibilities include conducting interviews and inductions, providing coaching and ongoing mentoring of staff, monitoring consultant engagement and quality assurance, handling clinical escalations and complaints management, and promoting high performance through effective leadership principles.

Requirements
  • Registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor with at least three years' experience in a supervisory capacity and five years' experience working in organisational wellbeing.
  • Proven people management experience, problem-solving and counselling skills, and the ability to supervise, coach, influence, and mentor others.

You will have a deep understanding of people management, problem-solving, and counselling, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others.
