Establish a leadership presence in Brisbane and make your mark on the building services engineering sector.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new office for a highly successful MEP consultancy, backed by its reputation for creative excellence and innovative building designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the expansion of the consultancy into Brisbane, leveraging existing team and comprehensive service offering - from fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and vertical transportation.
  • Drive business growth and manage P&L for the Brisbane office, collaborating with the Sydney team to deliver integrated solutions that exceed industry standards.
  • Be responsible for delivering high-quality multi-disciplinary building design services across various sectors, including High Rise hotels, health infrastructure, Commercial and Residential sectors.
  • Mentor and build a strong team while maintaining a commitment to nurturing engineering talent.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in building services engineering in Brisbane and Queensland.
  • Strong market connections and business development capability in Brisbane.
  • A track record of building and leading successful teams.
  • A technical background across building services from either: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics or Fire Services.
