About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering personal care and domestic assistance to our clients. You will work in a team environment, providing social support and transportation services as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel between clients' homes to provide care and support
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as cleaning and personal care
  • Provide social support and transportation services as required
  • Observe clients' physical, emotional, and behavioral status, and report any concerns
  • Ensure clients' rights and individual needs are respected
About You

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults. You will have previous experience in a care setting, a current Victorian Driver's Licence, and a registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Working With Children Check, a satisfactory National Criminal Police Record Check, and Australian work rights.
