Key Challenges

We are seeking an Operations Shift Manager to lead our team of associates within a delivery station in Adelaide, South Australia.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Developing and leading a group of Amazon associates
  • Maintaining health and safety standards while promoting a health and safety culture onsite
  • Collaborating with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • Proactively identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives and lean tools

A day in the life as an Operations Shift Manager involves working to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes and ensuring customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Working experience in operations, supply chain/logistics, or a related field
  • Experience as a manager involving sizable teams
  • Demonstrate ability in problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
