Job Summary

The role of an HR Administrator is to provide timely and accurate support across the full employee lifecycle. This includes delivering end-to-end HR administration, managing and maintaining our HRIS system, and ensuring compliance with relevant records.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration Support: Deliver timely and accurate support across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and benefit administration.
  • HRIS Management: Manage and maintain our HRIS system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless processes.
  • Client Support: Provide professional client support, answering queries, troubleshooting, and providing guidance on HR processes.
  • Recruitment Activities: Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, applicant management, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review employment contracts, variation letters, policies, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field, or working towards such qualifications.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Skills: Strong administration and attention to detail skills, superior skills in using SaaS and digital technology, and a strong desire to learn and develop as a HR professional.
