We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to individuals with developmental delays and disabilities. This will involve working directly with clients, as well as providing support to their families and carers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and have a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with developmental delays and disabilities,
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address client needs,
  • Provide direct therapy sessions to clients, including speech, language and swallowing therapy,
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care,
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families and carers to ensure informed decision-making.
