Role Overview:

The Riverina and Murray Joint Organisation (RAMJO) is a legislated grouping of regional councils across NSW. This role will involve working closely with the human resources team to recruit the permanent Executive Officer.

This position requires an accomplished executive to work with our Board and General Managers to fulfill the obligations of the Interim Executive Officer role.

  • Provide strategic support to the Chair, Deputy Chair and members of the Board
  • Work collaboratively with RAMJO General Managers to deliver organisational objectives
  • Recruit and manage the permanent Executive Officer to ensure seamless succession planning

Key Responsibilities:

This role will be based within the RAMJO footprint and require the successful candidate to have excellent leadership skills, strategic planning experience, and strong communication abilities.
